Compensator installation general process

Inspection of 3. compensator before installation
Before the installation of the compensator, the following items must be inspected:
3.1 whether the compensator used is in conformity with the state's current relevant standards.
3.2 whether the supplier has the manufacturing license for the pressure pipe element.
3.3 the quality certificate of the supplier shall not be lower than the current relevant standards.
3.4 appearance inspection, no cracks, slag, folding, over burning and other defects, no more than the wall thickness negative deviation pit.
3.5 the inspection of geometry size, the length of installation should conform to the design requirements.
Preparation of 4. compensator before installation
4.1 the pre deformation compensator is needed, the pre deformation quantity should conform to the design requirements and the pre deformation amount should be recorded.
4.2 the pretension (compression) of the pipes must conform to the design requirements, and the following conditions should be provided before the pretension:
All welds (except pretension) in the 4.2.1 prestretched area are welded (except for pretension), and the heat treated weld is required to be inspected after heat treatment.

Installation of 5. compensator
5.1 "M" or "" installation of the compensator.

5.2.4 adopts the packing compensator with molded packing ring. The varieties and specifications of the packing shall be in conformity with the regulations. Installation of 5.3 wave compensator

Installation of 5.4 ball type compensator

5.4.2 ball compensator before installation, should be adjusted to the required angle sphere, and from the pipe combined with the center.
5.4.3 ball compensation should be installed close to the elbow, the sphere center distance length is greater than the calculated length.
The direction of installation of 5.4.4 ball type compensation should be correct. The medium should be inflow from the end of the sphere and outflow from the end of the shell.
5.4.5 when the ball type compensator is installed vertically, the end of the shell shall be above.
