2. spray type Teflon compensator: the outer body is the stainless steel metal compensator, and the internal spraying Halar ECTFE, F40, PFA and other fluorine materials. In corrosion resistance than steel PTFE or PTFE medium voltage compensator compensator is slightly worse. Provide DN25-DN3000mm; wave number is not restricted, the length is less than or equal to 3000mm more than 10000 times the number of fatigue: pressure rating: PN0.25-2.5MPa temperature: less than or equal to 180 DEG C.
3. medium voltage network set of tetrafluoroethylene compensator. The outer body is a stainless steel weave, and it is PTFE. Resistant to various concentrations of acid, alkali, salt, organic solvent. The market is available for DN25~DN600mm, and the number of continuous fatigue is >5000 times. Pressure grade: PN0.6MPa, PN1.0MPa. Temperature: less than or equal to 200 DEG C.
4. pure tetrafluoroethylene compensator: generally used in the low pressure pipe. Pressure level; PN0.01-0.6MPa, the materials connected at both ends are generally carbon steel flanges, and all kinds of non-standard flanges are made according to customers, and other materials are plastic and stainless steel.
