Rectangular CE wave expansion joint
First, an overview
The rectangular fillet compensator (CE waveform) is mainly used in the flue duct of power plants to absorb thermal displacement and vibration reduction.
The rectangular fillet compensator (CE waveform) is determined according to the nominal cross cutting specification of the rectangular pipe. Due to the restriction of the rounded corners of the bellows, the small caliber specifications have been deleted from the full height and the half height.
A series of external specifications or wavenumber can be ordered separately from the manufacturer.
Two. Performance parameters
1, the use of pressure (P): -30~30kPa;
2, the use of temperature (T): 0~400 C;
3, bellows material
Commonly used high weathering steels 09CuCrNi-A (GB4171), austenitic stainless steel 0Cr18Ni9 (gb3280) and ordinary carbon steel Q235- A (GB700).
High weathering steel has good atmospheric corrosion resistance and high cost performance. It is recommended for use.
4. Single wave axial compensation of bellows (mm)
The axial compensation of multiwave products is equal to the single wave axial compensation multiplied by the wave number.
A single rectangular corner compensator can not absorb the radial displacement. When the radial displacement is required, two rectangular rounded compensators are often used or the three-dimensional compensator is selected, or the non standard design is connected with the manufacturer.

The fatigue life of the above compensation is more than 1000 times
6, single wave axial stiffness of bellows
The single wave axial stiffness of all high bellows is 0.27 * (A+B+600) x fkN/mmm, A and B in the formula are the outer diameter of the rectangular pipe (unit: mm), and FK is the correction coefficient of the temperature to the stiffness. See the table below.
The single wave axial stiffness of half high corrugated pipe is 0.41 x (A+B+340) x fkN/mm.

The overall axial stiffness of the product is the single wave axial stiffness and wavenumber of bellows.
7. Connection mode
Insert welding, that is, the insertion of the pipe into the compensator, the insertion amount is 20mm.
